Volume Delivery Recruiter
Basic up to GBP25k with an ote up to GBP30-35k
COMPANY
Leading provider of recruitment services to the professional sectors UK wide. As part of continued growth, they now require an experienced Volume Delivery person to join their team.
ROLE
With an enviable client list of leading FTSE and sme companies, you will be part of a team who work on high volume junior to mid level roles across customer service, call centre, financial services, finance and other professional markets. The roles are predominantly permanent positions, and are all exclusive to my client.
The team currently represents a great portfolio of clients who are hiring at a steady rate throughout the year, with occasional spikes in demand for particular projects. The demand is set to increase substantially across the existing client pool, with a number of other significant RPO wins also confirmed.
PERSON
It is likely you have a track record of success in a volume led recruitment sector, and are used to the pressures of recruiting multiples of similar roles as part of a campaign.
You are probably a commercial / FS / Insurance / office support sector specialist, or possibly other professional services markets. Roles are typically GBP15-35k and may be as many as 40 hires at a time of the same type of candidate s it's a very different approach to niche markets. You may be a 360 recruiter looking to move away from the sales side of the role, or are currently in a delivery role but are looking for a new and exciting challenge.
PACKAGE
Salary will be based on experienced but expect a basic of 20k - 25k with an ote of 30k - 35k. Excellent career path awaits the successful applicant.
