Key Words: Assembly, Supervisor, Team Leader, Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, engineering, manufacturing, productionResponsibilities:??Plan work, supervise and deliver training whilst working alongside the team.??Set mechanical press tools, ensure correct use of hand tooling, resolve technical issues, carry out competent stage build inspection and test.??Working to ISO 9001 procedures maintain a high standard of 5S workplace organisationRequirements: ??Knowledge of electro mechanical assembly, soldering, looming and tool set up.??Previous experience managing a team and allocating work in a cellular environment.??Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate, familiar with MRP/ERP systems and able to read technical drawings.
