My client, a well respected brand situated in Camberley, are looking to recruit an HR Assistant on a permanent basis. The Role: * Filing, posting and archiving paperwork for the HR office. * Preparing letters, and spreadsheets at the HR departments request. * Taking notes in HR meetings. * Requesting references for new employees. * Dealing with password resets for employees for the online system. * General, Noncomplex HR queries by phone and email. * Responding to reference requests from external companies. * Writing to employees in respect of unsigned leaver forms, maternity return letters or acceptance of resignation letters. * Dealing with approvals of new starters on the online system. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be outgoing and passionate, with excellent attention to detail. This candidate would ideally be looking to develop a career within HR.
