The available position is for a Credit Controller who will work as part of the Credit Control Team of 3 for PwC Northern Ireland ("PwC NI"), reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager.The role will be starting in May/June The main purpose of the role will be the collection of PwC NI debtsMain areas of responsibilityCash Collection - 95% of timeResolution of queries involving e-mailing/contacting managers, partners and LoS leaders, logging details on the SAP credit control system and weekly review with the credit control managerSlow payers called regularly and pressure is applied through partner intervention, 7 day letter or legal options.Work is scheduled on a weekly basis i.e. target clients and target collection values are set by central finance monthlyPreparation of daily workflow reports for call schedulingInvolved in preparation of credit control reports for credit control manager - bad debt provisioning, query analysis report etc.Assistance with other finance matters as and when requiredKey InteractionsCredit Control manager and teamClient facing partners, staff and managementExternal clientsAdditional informationOpportunity for working from home?
