The Governors of Wardle Academy wish to appoint a Lead Cover Supervisor to efficiently, and effectively manage the administration of cover arrangements for absent colleagues, deploying cover and securing supply staff as necessary.
Experience of SIMS, including elements of the system relating to the cover timetables is desirable. The ability to communicate effectively and manage a small team of Cover Supervisors is an essential requirement of the role.
