Telesales Software Solutions Career Progression Opportunity GBP30k OTE
I am working closely with my client, a well renowned Software Solution provider, to unearth their next sales superstar. I am seeking an individual who has previous experience in dealing with complex software solution sales at a lead generator or Business Development standard and finds it easy to pick up the phone and start dialing!
This role comes with excellent opportunity for career progression - the role has been created through steady business building and relationship management. The last person in this position has recently been promoted internally and is now looking at a Business Development Manager position. This is a huge opportunity to earn commission from a jumping start.
The key experiences required is a "get up and go" attitude, coupled with some prior experience in selling software solutions (a knowledge of ERP Software is a great benefit too!). You will be working with some talented sales people alongside a hugely supportive network including a marketing team and some great technical expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to seriously develop inside a very supportive environment.
Skills required for the role:
*Lead generation experience in software sales.
*Some previous experience selling software on the phone - or lead generation
*Great communication skills and ability to sell on the phone.
*Motivated by money and career progress - with defined career goals.
*Experience dealing with Senior Management.
