Nightingale Homecare Group are looking to find Support Workers who want to make a difference to the lives of others.

Why do people require support?

People require support to assist with individuals to live independently, we support people to live active and full filled lives. Some people require just a few hours of support a week whereas others may look for several support workers to cover such things as waking and sleeping nights. Everyone's needs are different. Even if you have not undertaken work of this nature before, but feel you have the right attributes for this kind of work, such as an empathic nature, you enjoy supporting people and have a good common sense approach, then this role is a good fit for you.

We offer up to GBP12 per hour and offer guaranteed hours

Qualifications/experience

There is no minimum qualification level for this role as it is all dependent on the employer`s wishes and what is important is that the employer feels the Support Worker is somebody they can get along with, and in a home-based environment.

Training and Benefits

We offer a wide range of roles including Community Care, Personal Assistants, Waking Nights, Sleeping Nights, Paliative Care, Double Up teams and social support visits
