The Curriculum Area of Construction supplies training, assessment and education services to a wide range of clients. We are committed to delivering an outstanding experience to all learners and employers.
Due to the increasing focus on Apprenticeships, we currently have a vacancy for an external Trainer Assessor in our Electrical Installation team. This role will focus on the caseload management and assessment activities of our Advanced Electrical Apprenticeships.
Successful applicants will be required to work as part of a team delivering high quality training and assessment and will manage a caseload of learners. Primary duties include training and assessment of learners within their working environment supporting them to ensure timely completion of their qualification, build their NVQ portfolio and pass the AM2 test.
Applicants should be qualified to level 3 in a relevant qualification with extensive industry experience. Previous/current experience of working in an assessing or teaching role is essential. This is a great opportunity to help support apprentices in their careers and develop the quality of skilled people within the construction trade. You will also hold a GCSE Grade C in Maths and English or equivalent OR assessed at level 2 for Numeracy and Literacy.
