ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK - TEMPORARY, PART TIME PLYMOUTH - TEMPORARY, FLEXIBLE HOURS 22.5 HOURS PER WEEK
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to work at our offices near Plymouth, on a part-time, temporary basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Create and process sales invoices and credits.
- Process and allocate sales ledger receipts from remittance advices and bank receipts.
- Post bank receipts and assist in reconciling bank statements.
- Set up new customers.
- Mail customer statements.
- Chase outstanding debts and update excel spreadsheets.
- Assist in resolving customer queries by email and phone.
- Maintenance of the sales ledger.
- Overall responsibility for the pertinence of the sales ledger.
- Assist with general accounting, administration and general ad-hoc duties.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have experience of accounting ledger work using Sage Accounts or similar.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You have ability to work by yourself as well as part of a team.
- You work accurately and efficiently.
- You are able to manage your own workload and prioritise sensibly.
- You have good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
