Sales Executive

Sales Executive - Tunbridge Wells, Kent

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Client Services Team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent to develop warm calls into clients.

Key responsibilities are:
Generating business from outbound warm calls
Providing new quotations to potential clients
Converting new business
Handling inbound calls and quotes
Underwriting the risks within your authority
Keeping the systems accurate and up-to-date
Issuing accurate documentation
Carrying out work and calls in a timely fashion
Support of the Service team when required, including processing renewals
Develop sound knowledge of the products offered
Meeting and exceeding company targets
Managing and completing workloads
Other tasks as requested
The ideal candidate will:
Be motivated by achieving targets
Have experience within Insurance in a sales role, preferably with commercial combined or SME risks
Be able to make decisions within agreed authority levels
Enthusiastic and keen to learn
Have a confident and professional phone manner
Have experience in a customer service or call centre environment
Have experience meeting new business targets
Be educated to GCSE level with grades C or above in English and Maths
Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent

Salary: GBP17-20K basic plus excellent commission of GBP6,000 PA and benefits

Hours: Shift work between the hours of 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday
