My client is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support the IT Technical Manager in the day to day running of the companies technical architecture including maintenance, configuration and problem solving on NetApp, Citix and VMware technologies.
You'll need a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running and act as a consultant on infrastructure related projects.
Essential skills
- MCSE/MCITP accredited
5 Years + experience of:
- VMWare VSphere 4 and NetApp SAN technologies
- Windows Server configuration and administration (2008/2012 R2).
- Active Directory domain administration.
- Microsoft Exchange 2010/2016.
- SQL 2005/2008 experience, including maintenance plans, backups and restores.
- The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and have previously worked within an ITIL environment.
- ADFS (beneficial)
- Microsoft SCSM/SCOM/SCCM
- Sonicwall Firewall
- Microsoft NPS
- HP Procurve, HP Proliant Blade enclosures
- Powershell scripting (beneficial)
