Insurance Consultant Polish Speaking

We are currently working with a nationwide insurance broker who deal with a wide range insurance coverages. These include motor, household, commercial vehicle, motor cycle and legal insurance.Due to business growth they are looking to hire an Insurance Consultant who speaks fluent Polish and English to join their Southampton office.The primary focus of the role is to sell and administer insurance policies offered by the company through professional and diligent client care.Other roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Exceed client expectations in terms of efficiency Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and regulations Assisting the Branch Manager to exceed Branch objectives Hit and surpass targets Develop excellent relationships with clients to ensure a first class serviceThe ideal candidate will have previous experience within the insurance industry as well as excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.
