Conveyancing Solicitor

A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a busy high street practice. You will running your own conveyancing files from inception to completion and be part of the brand in the market.

You Will:

- Have a can-do attitude and will thrive having your own conveyancing case load.
- Experience of managing people.
- Lead from the front, with a passion and drive.
- Possess excellent communication skills; be able to demonstrate attention to detail with sound numerical ability.
- Be process focused and able to articulate that process to clients & financial advisors.
- Report on the status of cases with regards to both existing & potential clients on a regular basis.
- Plan & prioritise team activities towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales, in particular managing personal time & productivity.
- Attend & participate in industry trade events and other marketing activities

You Have:

- A minimum of 3 years' PQE in handling a full range of conveyancing files from inception to completion. With a sound technical knowledge of all conveyancing matters.
- Experience of managing a practice and managing a team.
- A pro-active approach towards conveyancing & be looking for new and innovative ways to drive the conveyancing team forward.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of process techniques.
- A passion for adopting new technologies that drive efficiency and transparency.
- An ability to learn quickly, so you can keep pace with one of the fastest growing conveyancing technology starts-ups.
- A curiosity about technology & innovation and how it can improve customer experience.
