e-Learning Designer

We are seeking a creative learning designer with experience of designing and building eLearning courses to a high standard as well as mentor a team of junior designers, 3D Artists and Animators.

Duties:

* Producing graphics and UI designs for a variety of eLearning projects: creating, sourcing and modifying
* Designing and building eLearning courses to a high standard using Articulate Storyline
* Coming up with creative and innovative learning design concepts
* Setting visual styles which are in line with our client's brand guidelines
* Creating illustrations, info-graphics and editorial style layouts
* Liaising with clients to gain an understanding of their learning objectives in order to conceptualise the designs for their desired solution
* Using HTML and basic JavaScript to manipulate eLearning pages.

About you:

* Have 3+ years' experience as a Designer in a creative agency/team environment
* Be proactive, use their initiative and have a good work ethic - someone who gets stuff done!
* Be confident in your ability to talk to our clients and get them on-board with our ideas
* Have some experience of training and mentoring other team members
* Have strong UI and UX design skills
* Have a strong working knowledge of the full Adobe creative suite
* Hold a higher-level qualification in a creative field
* Have basic Front End coding skills
