Our client, based in Oxford is currently recruiting for an Estates Warden on a Permanent contract. The salary for this position is 16,,541
Duties will include (but not limited to):
* Cleaning and up keep of internal and external communal areas (including carpet and window cleaning)
* Fire compliance including annual fire risk assessments
* Testing and monitoring communal safety systems including CCTV monitoring systems
* Customer enquiries from both internal and external customers
* General awareness of building condition and reporting any concerns
* Monitor car parks and open spaces for fly tipping, graffiti and abandoned vehicles etc
* Comprehensive record keeping ensuring service charges accurately reflect the service provided
