This is a new role within the Human Resources Team where you will support the Head of HR on the delivery of several HR related key projects. Based at our Client’s Service Headquarters in Preston, the role is 36.25 hours per week with flexitime working arrangements.

The team is delivering on a number of key priority areas including Organisational development, leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion, apprenticeships, digitisation of all processes, forms and maximisation of self-service systems. The successful candidate will help to develop the capacity of the tea, and support the delivery of several projects in these areas.

As the successful candidate, you will be MCIPD qualified and will have previous experience operating as either a Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner. A positive and outcome focused approach to delivering human resources solutions is also essential.

This role would be exciting for someone who embraces change and would like to develop and improve new ways through an engaging leadership style.
