Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Cordius is looking for the Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to join a well-known, international company that offers a bespoke and unique environment where every day is different, unpredictable and lively.

Location: Surrey

Salary: £34,200 + Attractive Benefit Package

Shifts:  Double Days (No Nights)

Key Skills: Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance; Schematics; AC/DC Drives; Hydraulic; Pneumatic; PPM; Fault Finding; Fabrication

The Role:

The ideal candidate will be from either manufacturing, production, military, service or heavy industries and will be able to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics, will have knowledge of AC/DC drives, basic knowledge of fault finding on PLC’s, will be able to carry out planned & un-planned safety inspections and maintenance work as well be able to confidently work at heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Time served electrically or mechanically & experienced in PPM
• Read and understand electrical schematics is a MUST
• Fault Finding & Diagnostics
• Experience of hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams
• Knowledge of basic electrical principals
• Good spoken & written English language
• Familiar with the use of a CMMS - desirable
• Knowledge of industrial type networks - desirable
• Fabrication, Coded Welding – desirable
