SAP & Systems Support Analyst

We are advertising this position on behalf of Omega PLC. This position is based just off the M18 in Thorne, Doncaster.

Omega PLC is a leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of quality kitchen furniture to the independent kitchen specialist retailer and contracts market, with a brand offering including Mackintosh, Sheraton, Chippendale, and English Rose kitchens.

As a SAP & Systems Support Analyst you will be the in-house SAP and business systems expert, responsible for administering all our MI systems including SAP ERP and SAP CRM.

The role will include both operational and functional systems support to resolve technical issues, assisting with upgrades, design and test enhancements, project work and providing support in the development of new systems.

An ideal SAP & Systems Support Analyst will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Must have a thorough and up to date working knowledge of SAP and IT systems, with a proven track record of working in a high pressured manufacturing environment.
• Previous work based, hands on experience in SAP SD or MM essential.  Additional SAP experience in SAP FI/CO, PM, CRM, BW or BO advantageous.
• Have been involved in SAP configuration within a particular module area
• Experience of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• An analytical approach and strong attention to detail
• A self-starter, you must be able to take the lead on technical issues and project tasks, and help progress and drive through continuous improvements.
• A good communicator, both verbal and written, you will be able to interact with staff at all levels and have previous experience of developing and delivering training material for a non-technical audience.   
• Experience of and/or willingness to support other third party software on occasions
