A leading Property Investment brokerage based in Leigh on sea in Essex are seeking sales professionals to join their growing team of Property Investment Consultants.

They are seeking individuals with an impeccable telephone manor and excellent communicating skills.

With a realistic OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 this is an unrivalled opportunity to join a fast paced and rapidly growing property company.

Working only with inbound enquires from qualified investors, successful candidates will need to prove they have the skills to advise clients on a selection of investment properties.

The Role:

- Finding out their clients investment needs
- Advising clients on a range of property investments
- Guiding clients throughout the sales process
- Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
(33% of their business comes from repeat or referred clients)

Experience:

- Solid experience of working in a sales role and closing sales over the telephone
- Highly-motivated & positive attitude
- Target driven, Self-motivated and a willing to learn
- Have unquestionable belief in themselves
- Able to work to targets
- Excellent telephone manner
