Experienced Head Chef required for this award winning Gastro Pub Group for their new site opening in Cambridge
Salary £35-38,000 + Fantastic Bonus + Career Progression
They currently have restaurants and pubs across the UK but are still expanding further with new brands and exciting concepts coming up. This award winning concept has an excellent reputation for top quality food with exceptional fresh food menus, sourced from the finest ingredients and using the latest state of the art kitchen equipment.
They are looking for a Head Chef to manage the whole kitchen operation from GP management to training and coaching the team. As Head Chef in one of their busy restaurants you will need to be organised and able to command the same from your team.
The successful Head Chef will have experience of a fresh food and quality environment, having managed a volume site would be beneficial. Leading by example you must inspire your chefs with your passion and dedication for driving the business forward and delivering fantastic dishes!
