Matrimonial Solicitor
My fantastic local client who are experts in their field are currently recruiting for a Matrimonial Solicitor to join their expanding team in a permanent basis.
They successful candidate will be expected to advise on divorce and separation, children act ordered and arrangements.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Providing first class legal advice
-Writing and preparing legal and financial documents
-Court representation
Candidate Attributes;
-Excellent telephone manner, strong writing and drafting skills, the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels
-Team working - working with the larger team to deliver client excellence
-Professional personal presentation, the ability to stay calm under pressure and balance priorities
-Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Hours- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary- GBP30,000-GBP45,000 dependant on experience
