Deputy Funding Team Manager

OBJECTIVE OF JOB
To lead and support a team of Funding Coordinators in their daily roles, ensuring the delivery of excellent service to our Introductory Sources & Suppliers.
To be responsible for the timely and accurate document checking, processing and issuing of payment to Vendors & Manufacturers in line with business policies and procedures ensuring the business objectives and SLA ?? ?? ??s are met and all company guidelines are adhered to at all times.
DEPUTY ACTIVITIES
-To take ownership of pay-out service delivery to Vendors and Manufacturers ensuring a consistent service is provided and ensure published SLA ?? ?? ??s regarding turnaround and quality are achieved.
-To show effective leadership of a team of Funding Coordinators
-To support the team in managing and distribute work on a daily basis
-To build a skilled and knowledgeable team through effective group and 1-1 training.
-To manage the individual performance of each team member (via regular feedback / discussion and appraisals)
-Assist the Funding Team Manager in producing and analysing regular and ad-hoc reports
-Proactively seek out and take ownership of process improvements and system development requirements, liaising with the Funding Team Manager to take forward.
-Coordination of training for new staff and producing training material.
-Share knowledge through training and coaching to ensure the team are fully functional and able to provide accurate and detailed information to Vendors.
-Support the achievement of departmental SLA ?? ?? ??s
-Monitor and review audit results, review with team members on a monthly basis and identify any training requirements
MAIN ACTIVITIES
-To liaise with all relevant internal departments to remedy or clarify pay-out issues
-Ensure that Leasing Solutions can enforce live agreements on the basis of complete and correct documentation
-To draft and issue supporting documentation to End Users/Vendors as and when required.
-Review documentation to ensure compliant with legal, regulatory and internal standards
-To develop technical skills and knowledge in line with the growth of the Business
-To fully understand and show the ability to process all products offered by Equipment Logistics Solutions across all markets
-To promote a positive perception of the ?? ?? ??company ?? ?? ??
-To consistently review processes and IT systems to ensure productivity and service delivery run at optimum levels
-Input and processing of accurate information onto our mainframe IT system
-Be professional and proactive at all times when representing the departments activities with Introductory Sources, Sales Teams and co-workers, ensuring expectations are understood and met, enabling the highest standards of customer service to be maintained
-Handle all queries professionally and efficiently, and within given time frames.
-Produce monthly and ad-hoc reporting as required
-Maintain awareness of ever-changing market conditions, communicating and reacting accordingly
-Ensure Corporate Compliance policies are adhered to at all times
