Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed ConveyancerA very strong regional practice is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join its team and be based at the firms office which is just south of Brierley Hill.With around 150 staff spread across a number of offices throughout the West Midlands and Worcestershire, this firm provides expert legal advice across the full spectrum of legal disciplines to both individuals and businesses alike and, despite being a multisited operation, the practice very much retains the feel of a high street outfit.The practices highly regarded and growing Residential Property Team is already established and the intention now is to consolidate this offering further. As such the firm is keen to hear from an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer who has a minimum of 5 years PQE to join the firm and drive the residential property offering to the next level. You will have experience of undertaking the full remit of residential property transactions and any experience of dealing with high net worth property transactions would be advantageous, although not essential. In addition, any supervisory experience would also be favoured as you will be required to be a technical referral point and also have responsibility for some junior team members.This role is different as it is not just limited to dealing with purely residential property transactions. A significant aspect of the role is undertaking business development, marketing the department and leveraging off any contacts you may have to open up new revenue streams so this opportunity really does allow you to make your mark on the firm and build upon its already considerable market share.Naturally a competitive salary and benefits package is on offer which includes 23 days holiday entitlement as well as extra holidays over the Christmas period when the office closes.
