Museum Technician - IT & Electronics

Can you use your technical skills and make sure their exhibits remain functional to inspire futures?

This Museum in London is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and capable Museum Technician to join the team.

Joining their wider Gallery Services Team, you will be responsible for making sure their galleries, exhibits and bespoke interactive displays are safe and maintained to a consistently high standard.

With a specialism in IT, audio-visual, or electronics you will work on gallery build-out sites as well as in open public galleries, having a professional and personable approach to communicate with internal stakeholders, external partners and museum guests.

You will assist with the installation and deinstallation of exhibits into new and temporary galleries, support touring exhibitions and be happy to share best practice across their national sites - making sporadic trips to their other museums as required.
