One of the UK's foremost and leading bakery companies are currently recruiting for a Data Analyst at their Maidenhead Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maths or Science Graduate to develop their analytical skills within a forward thinking market leading business.

The Role
Reporting to the Head of Cereals, Milling & Baking Science, you would play a key role as part of the company's Technical Centre, processing technical information related to raw material quality, product quality, and process monitoring. You will be tasked with preparing regular statistical reports, maintaining the Laboratory's Information Management System as well as data validation to support the integrity of reporting as well as UKAS accreditation.

The Candidate
o Good honours degree in a numerate subject (which could be scientific or business oriented) or equivalent
o A background working in a laboratory would be ideal
o Advanced user of Excel (required)
o Experience of Visual Basic (beneficial)
o Good understanding of database systems
o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, plus strong communication skills, written and verbal will be required, as will the ability to liaise at all levels plus influence key stakeholders
