Are you a Team Manager/Leader who prides themselves in consistently high service user standards?

Our client is the largest provider of accommodation and outreach support to survivors of Human Trafficking in London, soon to expand into Kent. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for someone keen to take initiative to set up their own service users groups and classes. You will be part of a supportive and very passionate team as part of a rapidly expanding service.

Person specification:

  • Experience/ Understanding of working with or supporting individuals who have been trafficked and are a survivor of trafficking.
  • Ability & previous demonstrable experience of team management including experience of recruitment, induction, supervision, motivation, appraisal, training, disciplinary and grievance issues within an asylum or anti-trafficking environment.
  • Ability & experience of performance monitoring to ensure consistently high service user standards.
  • Ability and some experience of managing a service within budget
  • Experience of providing a high quality Supported Housing, in an asylum, anti-trafficking or social care or outreach services; including compliance with health and safety.
  • Excellent knowledge of human trafficking and issues related to signs, symptoms and treatments of mental illness; ability to assess service users declining mental health and take appropriate action (as suitable to the post).
  • Excellent knowledge of The Modern Slavery Act 2015, the NRM process, Immigration & Asylum legislation, Health and Safety and welfare benefits legislation
