The Contracts Supervisor will have a dual role in both operations and supporting the Account Manager in the delivery of existing and new contracts.
The Contracts Supervisor will be a working Supervisor; responsible for the day to day supervision and operation of team of mobile Engineers and Technicians providing the full complement of water hygiene services including but not limited to risk assessment, monitoring, maintenance and remediation works for the control of Legionella bacteria.
- Day to day running of a busy Water Hygiene contract across multiple sites
- Allocation and managing engineers and technicians on a day to day basis
- Working alongside the Helpdesk to allocate and deliver works in line with the SLA
- Health and safety, including the inspection of equipment and keeping records
- Ordering material as required
- Day to day communications with the client and attending client meetings with the Account Manager
- Snagging and signing off work once completed
- Quality control
- Assist Account Manager with quotation requests from client
- Delivering works to a high standard
- Support the daily reactive works alongside the other ongoing work.
