Talented, social mediasavvy Marketing Coordinator required to join a successful and growing global company. The Marketing Coordinator roleThis niche residential and commercial interiors specialist is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their International Key Account Management marketing team, to consolidate and continue to develop the social media and digital presence that theyve been building over the last few years. The role will see you focused primarily on digital and social media activities, including digital strategy and analysis, content writing, and development of graphics, but also on wider event management and general marketing communications. Duties of the role will include developing and executing all online and offline marketing promotional communications and activities, organising and delivering a social media schedule, monitoring online channels, writing and providing content for online channels, managing POS, liaising with marketing suppliers and agencies, and managing all digital assets and communications. You will also be expected to work on wider marketing projects, such as exhibitions, research projects, PR, and advertising activities.What were looking forFor this role, you could be a Marketing Coordinator , Marketing Executive or an experienced Marketing Assistant with approximately 3 to 5 years experience working in a marketing environment; a relevant degree and CIM qualification is desirable but by no means required. You will need to be bright and sensitive, and well able to adjust your approach to cultural and hierarchical differences. Your experience will need to comprise social / digital media, writing and developing content, using analytics, using a CMS such as Wordpress or Sprout Social, producing engaging social media content, and ideally working on social and digital campaigns. Given the global remit of the company, you will certainly need excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural skills, alongside methodological, presentation, negotiation, social, and solid copywriting skills. Softwarewise, you will need Microsoft Office skills, detailed knowledge of digital marketing and social media, and working knowledge of Photoshop / InDesign; experience of SAP / CRM would be advantageous. Additional language skills would be a bonus, and a degree of flexibility is required since the role requires some UK and international travel.Whats on offer?The salary on offer is GBP25,500 plus a potential GBP2,800 bonus, with an increase the following year, and benefits including an annual bonus, pension, and a generous holiday package.
