We are looking for a professional and dependable Night Security Officer to take care of a high-end residential development. As Security Officer, you will maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
,Patrol property and perimeter; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points
,Monitor alarm systems / CCTV and operate detecting / emergency equipment
,Report in detail any suspicious incidents
,Apprehend criminals and evict violators; informing them of policy and procedures
,Permit entry and control traffic by directing drivers
,Perform first aid or CPR
About you:
As Security Officer, you will who enjoy a challenge and take a calm and assertive approach to handling complex and conflict situations, e.g. complaints and anti-social behaviour. You will take pride in your pro-active nature and value the importance of communication.
,Proven experience as a Security Officer or relevant position
,Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment
,Excellent knowledge of security procedures/protocols
Working Hours: 4 nights on, 2 off, 22:00-07:00
