A Head of Enterprise Systems is required to join our IT team in Bristol on a permanent basis. WHAT THE HEAD OF ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS JOB INVOLVES: Heading up the day to day running of our critical enterprise systems, you`ll be ensuring a first class service to our customers internally and externally. Your accountabilities will include: Defining the enterprise systems strategy and roadmap Ensuring managed service providers performance is achieved Defining and delivering the strategy for infrastructure, networks and hosting Assessing internal, managed service, and cloud capabilities Ensuring systems are highly resilient with the necessary BCP / DR plans in place Delivering seamless transition between projects and BAU Leading and developing a first class team WHAT WE LOOK FOR: It`s important to us that you have: Demonstrable experience leading a multi-faceted IT team including application, infrastructure and service professionals Proven track record in a Senior IT role in a customer facing business Demonstrable experience of delivering excellence in service provision Experience of driving new and enhanced change Experience of managing development in agile and waterfall frameworks Excellent communicator and influencer If you`re looking for a career progression where you can be customer focused, results driven, work on your initiative and have fun doing it, you`ve come to the right place.
