Job Title - Site Manager
Sector - Build, Refurb
Pay Rate - GBP250
Location - Northampton
Shift - Nights
Start Date - 29th May 2017
Why are they advertising?
Our Client is due to start a new project and requires freelance/temporary Site Managers (Night Manager) who has their SMSTS and is capable of being no.1 Site Manager to oversea the Fit-out of a Retail (Food) Project.
The Company
Our client is a Retail Fit-out Specialist. They work on Retail Food Projects for Various Blue Chip Companies. They act as principle contractor and oversee all project works.
The Role
You will be working on a Food Retail accounts within a Senior Project Management team reporting into the contractors Contract Manager.
Night Manager is required.
Furthermore this is a great opportunity for someone who likes to travel, as there will be opportunity to move from project to project across the UK.
About you
Desirably from a Trades background (i.e joiner/shopfitter, Dryliner etc) with a good track record of Site Management on Retail Fit-Out projects. Be familiar with stringent H&S process and procedures. This role will favour someone who is conscientious and enthusiastic about the projects they undertake. And a willingness to work Days & Nights across the UK.
You will also be capable of Running & Controlling Multiple Multi-Trade Sub-Contractors
You will also be expected to have:
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* Asbestos Awareness
* First Aid (min 3day)
* Be able to provide 2x references
