Premier Pathways Trainee English Teacher - Secondary School in Birmingham - September 2017 start
We are seeking future English Teachers!
Are you an English Graduate who is an aspiring English Teacher? Are you looking for a route into teaching to start from September? Would you like to earn a wage while you train on your PGCE? Would you like to NOT have to pay university fees?

Beginning the programme in a teaching support role, you will receive training and support over the 2 years to become a confident, fully qualified teacher, holding a PGCE & QTS in 2018.
•GBP15,000 pa training salary
•2-year school-based teacher training programme
•Gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE from the University of Buckingham

To be considered for this role you must be a highly motivated graduate, who is passionate about teaching and learning. Ideally you will have some experience working with young people and must have a 2:1 or above Hons degree.
We are looking for individuals who :-
*** Have the drive to become an outstanding teacher
*** Show commitment to the programme and your pupils
*** Be a high calibre graduate holding a First or 2:1 degree
*** Be able to self-study
There will be opportunities throughout the programme to experience varying standards of teaching which will enable you as an individual to find the environment that suits you best.
In School you will:
*** Commence in a teaching support capacity leading to teaching in term 3
*** Receive in-school support
*** Receive peer networking and support
