Global Training Developer
A global organisation is looking for a Training Developer to support the global implementation of a Dynamics AX solution across a number of regions. Based in Central London with flexibility to work from home twice a week, this is an opportunity to work with one of the largest companies in their industry.
The Global Training Developer will be part of a team responsible for creating and deploying all aspects of training required to support the AX implementation in several target markets as well as creating new material for pilot markets and territories. Reporting into the Training Lead, the GTD will also be responsible for the delivery of end-user training and Train the Trainer modules to support local delivery teams as well as occasionally working with external/third party suppliers to develop training materials such as videos, guides, E-learning, coaching etc.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing training materials on a global scale for a technology-led transformation programme. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience of a large global ERP implementation - this could be Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Agresso, JD Edwards or Siebel and will have exposure to finance modules. Strong stakeholder management skills will be key to success in this role. Flexibility to travel is also essential as the successful candidate will be required to travel globally.
With sign-off and a roadmap to 2020, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest AX implementation projects in the world with over 50 countries involved.
