We're currently looking for an Internal Communication Adviser to support the Internal Communication Manager in delivering our clients' internal communication strategy and plans, to optimise their outcomes, facilitate high levels of employee engagement and support positive organisational and cultural change.

The Internal Communication Adviser is responsible for delivering day-to-day, operational internal communications and supporting business change projects and initiatives and other associated internal comms activities.

You will:

  • Be responsible for delivering day-to-day and operational internal communications across a variety of channels.
  • Support the development and delivery of internal communications plans across a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns, working with colleagues across TPR as appropriate.
  • Support our group of Intranet editors/business area leads to ensure self-generated content meets organisational objectives for internal comms.
  • Support the IC Manager and Events Manager in organising the annual staff conference and other internal events.
  • Working closely with the Internal Communication Manager and the wider Communications team to support the delivery of team objectives

Criteria:

  • Experience of working in a Communications role
  • At least three years experience of writing/editing copy - translating complex information/policies into straightforward audience focused material
  • Experience of dealing with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and delivering...
  • Experience of supporting high profile cross organisational initiatives such major change projects or large events (desirable)
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines
