Our client is looking for a confident Employer Engagement / Apprenticeship Sales Executive to cover the Norfolk and Suffolk Counties. Office based in Bury St Edmunds with travel to meet employers.

Do you have business to business Sales experience?

Perhaps you have worked in Recruitment or a field sales role?

Full product knowledge is provided although if you do have any knowledge or experience of selling Apprenticeships / Training courses then this would be very beneficial.

The company are a Training Provider and this role has been created to help the company grow the amount of employers and businesses that they work with specifically in the Hospitality and Health and Social Care industries.

You will be targeting businesses / employers of all sizes and these could be bars, hotels, restaurants, care homes, day care centres, nursing homes etc. You will be encouraging these employers to either offer Apprenticeship job opportunities or offer training courses to upskill existing staff. The company can then support these businesses to either recruit Apprentices for them where they will then conduct the training or provide training support to existing employees.

They have an office in the local area although you will normally be home and field based. The company strongly believe in selling their services face to face and this will be the main focus of this role.

The company are looking for someone who is able to generate their own leads through research, cold calling, warm leads and they also have a database of clients that can be utilised. The company also use a lead generation company who provided leads and their staff are all actively encouraged to pass leads on.

The company are happy to consider sales executives from other industry sectors with transferable skills.

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday

Holidays: 25 days per annum + Bank holidays

Salary:basic salary £20,000 - £24,000pa + commission. OTE up to £30,000pa
