Radius Payment Solutions formed in 1990 and now manages over 2.75 billion litres of fuel per year and processes 40 million transactions. We are therefore keen to have a strong pool of talent across the business that will become the Company’s future Sales leaders. The Programme will include comprehensive sales training in a fully target driven environment and leadership development modules geared towards giving the successful candidates the skills to progress within the business.

These positions will be located at our offices in York (Clifton Moor) but for exceptional candidates there may be opportunities to complete secondments in our international offices in the future.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm) - excluding Bank Holidays

Key Role Responsibilities:

The Sales Co-ordinator role requires a commercially astute, self-starting individual. The Programme will be a very hands on sales role where the majority of your time will be spent speaking to potential customers, obtaining new business via cold/warm calling and customer referral to create new business opportunities. The remainder of your time will be spent in HR training and shadowing supervisors to help you on your leadership journey.

Typical work activities include:
• Cold/Warm customer contact in a bid to drive new sales from marketing
campaigns
• Calling your live customer portfolio to maintain maximum fuel drawings
and increase revenue
• Gain customer referrals to grow your customer base
• Generate business where there has previously been no opportunity

Qualifications & specialist training required:
Minimum of a 2:1 degree, preferably in a business related subject

Experience required:
Experience of telesales or sales is desirable but not essential, full training will be provided
