My client is part of a large string of branded 4 star hotels and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP).
Due to the location of this property the client prefers employee's to drive but it is not essential.
Reporting directly to the Sous Chef and Head Chef this Chef de Partie role will cover mainly late shifts 39 hours per week with no splits requested by this client.
The successful candidate for the Chef de Partie role will form part of an experienced kitchen team, the Head Chef has been at the venue for nearly 15 years and so there is a lot of knowledge and experience that can be gained in this team.
Working from one kitchen for both restaurant and function food service, this will be a varied Chef De Partie role.
