Change Manager - London - Digital /Agile Projects - Insurance - Large Business/Digital Transformation
Permanent - £45,000-£50,000 + Excellent Pension and Benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to work for a leading UK Insurer. Our client is seeking a tenacious, enthusiastic and driven individual looking to progress and develop their career with an innovative and forward thinking organisation in a brand new digitally focused facility.
Key Responsibilities
You will be pivotal in delivering the businesses complex digital strategy
* Management of End-to-End delivery of large scale digital, business transformation projects
* Management of Digital Business Analysts / Junior Project Managers / Digital Change managers
* Delivering multiple projects in the digital space, primarily: Mobile App, Web, CRM, tools etc
* Competent at dealing with senior level stakeholders (senior / executive level)
* Strong senior stakeholder management
Key Requirements
* Strong project management experience delivering complex digital projects in the mobile app, web or CRM space
* Agile project/methodology experience - JIRA / confluence etc
* Experience from a Financial Services orgnisation, ideally (but not limited to) insurance.
