Divisional Business Manager

Fusion Lifestyle is recruiting for an innovative Divisional Business Manager to oversee the Hounslow Division in West London. Fusion manage a diverse portfolio of nearly 100 sport and leisure facilities across the UK and we have an unbroken history of successful performance over 16 years.

Fusion's Hounslow Division covers a wide range of facilities and services comprising six leisure centres, seven community venues and the Council's full sports development service which has been very successful in driving participation through targeted interventions. The portfolio includes the brand new Heston Pools and Fitness which opened in 2016. Fusion delivered an extensive investment scheme in partnership with the Council at the start of the Contract and is about to embark on a second phase which will see a further £2million invested into the Hounslow portfolio in 2017.

As Divisional Business Manager, you will be fully responsible and accountable for a sizeable portfolio of leisure facilities with a turnover upwards of c.£10m. You will lead and develop a high performing team of managers to deliver outstanding quality and customer satisfaction; contribute to strategic initiatives and lead large scale projects; communicate with and influence key stakeholders; deliver successful financial and operational performance. 

The successful candidate must have:

- Extensive previous multi-site experience

- Significant evidence of success in a General or Senior Manager role. Whilst evidence of leisure industry success is desirable; Fusion encourages applications from parallel sectors.

- A proven track record of financial planning and achievement

- Demonstrable ability to lead and develop teams

- Evidence of managing large scale projects 

- Creativity with examples of previous innovation
