Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP17,000 per annum
Title: Warehouse Administration

Reporting to: Team Leader

Key Interactions: Customers, Management team, TSS Service Centre Engineers & Admin Staff

Day to Day roles:
We are looking for someone who has good hands-on technical skills and wants to develop their skills in this area. Training will be provided for the right candidate. The roles within the department are on a rotation basis and include but are not limited to:

Admin Role:
Responding to emails from Customers, 3rd Parties and internal departments.
Maintaining Inbox
Tracking deliveries, escalating where necessary
Booking parts in for testing
Booking parts out to internal Stores, field stores or 3rd Party Repairers.
Processing Calls for same day shipments to meet SLA ( entering details in to database and passing to engineer to complete)
Booking Couriers
Answering the Phone

Testing Role:
Test parts, as per process
Book to 3rd Part Repair if require
Log accessories used
Install customer software, as per processes
Book out to stores (field or internal)
Responsible for keeping shelf clear of work, keeping on top of work load

Processing Calls Role:
Receive a call from Admin, request parts from stores
End user config that is required
Book out & update database with details
Meet Service Level agreement- Calls that come in before a set time need to be shipped out that day.

New Kit/Roll Outs
Work to Tight schedule
Intense repetitive work in short space of time
Accurate record keeping
Booking Couriers
Compiling Daily reports of progress
Working with customers on troubleshooting build issues
Working with other departments

Skills required:
Attention to detail
Methodical
Manage own work load
Familiar with Spreadsheets and some basic formula
Familiar with email programs, preferably Notes but not essential
Work Under Pressure
Able to meet strict deadlines
Web Savvy - Able to book a courier, log an RMA using 3rd Party Web Portals.
Comfortable Answering the Phone
Familiar with Mobiles/smartphone/Tablets Android/iOS
Computer Savvy, basic Hardware knowledge is an advantage
