Business Development Manager / International / Export Sales Manager required to join a leading manufacturer of testing instruments, including hardness and roughness testers, probes, precision measuring systems and metrology equipment.
The Business Development Manager / International Sales Manager must be commutable to Camberley and will be required to work from the office when you're not travelling. You will also be required to travel both throughout the UK and Internationally.
The successful Business Development Manager / International Sales Manager must have proven experience within mechanical engineering, manufacturing, materials testing equipment and precision measuring instruments.

Role
Office based in Camberley with UK and International travel when required
Reporting to the Export Sales Director
Planning and delivering business development activities for the test instrument product range
Support an existing International distribution network as well as identifying new distribution channels in all export markets
Create proposal documents and presentations
Visit distribution partners and attend industry events
Working closely with suppliers to develop new products and enhance existing product lines
Liaise with various engineering / manufacturing departments
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, International Sales Manager or Export Sales Manager
Ideally be apprentice trained or technical / engineering qualification
An understanding for mechanical engineering, manufacturing, hardness and roughness testers, probes, metrology / materials testing equipment and precision measuring instruments is essential
Proven sales, account management, export and business development experience
