Our client is based beneath the rugged fells of Troutbeck Valley, just outside Windermere and Ambleside in the English Lake District. They are an established traditional Lake District Inn. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.
Reporting to a fantastic Head Chef, you will need to have a positive attitude and be capable of working in a fast paced environment. You will be cooking traditional, good food and will be working with fresh produce. Live in is available with this role.
Our client's property is a good old fashioned English pub, which just happens to be set in the most gorgeous location. Having live music most nights, it is a hub for musicians across the Lake District.
