Our client, a leading Facilities Management Service Provider, are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to manage a large national contract within Scotland.
Managing a large TFM team across the sites, you will be required to ensure that Service Delivery standards are kept too an exceptionally high standard. A close relationship with the client is essential, and therefore the successful management of the team is imperative.
The Role:
- Account Manager for a large contract, covering Scotland.
- Managing Hard and Soft services across the site, directly managing both Operatives and Service Managers.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with the client.
- Working within a fast paced environment, ensuring that all aspects of compliance are adhered too.
The Client:
- A leading Facilities Management Service Provider.
The Candidate:
- Possesses a strong background within Facilities Management.
- Has strong experience of managing both Hard and Soft Service teams.
- Will ideally possess a technical background within the Electrical or Mechanical fields.
- Has worked within a fast paced environment.
- Holds budgetary experience.
- Confident in maintaining and building the client relationship, attending regular performance related meetings.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
