Salary: £26,077 pa + £1,200 pa car allowance

Hours:  35 per week (Flexibility is required as you may need to work alternative patterns as the service is open between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday)

Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Tenancy Services Project Officer on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Leicester.

Are you an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimum supervision?

Do you have experience of working effectively in a target driven operational environment and customer facing role?

Do you have experience of working for a Housing Association or other public service organisation, in a capacity which involved face-to-face interaction with customers, taking ownership and responsibility when resolving difficult issues?

Are you assertive and able to negotiate professionally in challenging situations?

Do you have a full clean driving licence?

Do you have either a CIH Level 4 in Housing or at least 2-3 years experience working within a housing environment?

This is a challenging role requiring an individual who can provide an efficient and effective customer-focused tenancy management service in line with the Group’s objective of First Line Fix to a specific geographical patch of properties. The role of the Tenancy Services Project Officer is to provide intensive housing management to customers in specified schemes as well as reviewing major schemes and policies and procedures.

Based at the Leicester Office you will ensure a proactive response is taken to tenancy breaches, tenancy fraud and anti-social behaviour, with early intervention in accordance with current policies and procedure.

With a clear understanding of the legal process in relation to tenancy management, you will have the ability to advise tenants on their rights and how to mitigate the risk of losing their home.
