Transport Safety Engineer

Working across all industries you will use your in depth experience as a Safety Design Authority or Safety Engineer to calculate readiness levels and lead strategic projects.

Strong background in safety management/functional safety
Experience of safety critical systems
Familiarity with standards such as: IEC61508, Misra Safety Guideline, ROGS
DefStan 00-56, CSM-REA, ISO26262
Ability to lead and advise on safety arguments using GSN, HAZID, HAZOP, PRA, ETA, FTA.

As a Systems Safety Specialist you will get the opportunity to attend conferences, contribute to bids etc and use your experience in the safety-critical industry across road, aviation rail et al.
