Shortlist Recruitment is looking for a Digital Account Manager to join an expanding team in the Chester area.
The Digital Account Manager should have experience working within digital marketing. You will be working closely with clients to understand their desires for their projects, and to ensure work is managed and completed throughout the team.
In addition to being comfortable in dealing with clients over the phone, the Digital Account Manager will enjoy taking part in face-to-face meetings. You'll become the face of the company to their key clients and be keen to establish long term, long lasting relationships. You'll liaise with other department heads and other team members to follow through on client requests.
Responsibilities of the Digital Account Manager will include:
- Become and act as the main point of contact for key clients
- Liaise with the clients and the team to create detailed activity plans
- Follow thorugh and monitor the activity plans ensuring the work following the plan
- Be attentive to client requirements and questions by addressing them efficiently
- Have an appetite for the latest digital technology trends
- Working to agreed timescale and budgets
- Work closely with the clients and the teams to look for new opportunities and improvements in order to deliver additional value
- Undertake a collaborative approach, be enthusiastic and keen to help the team wherever possible.
Required skills for the Digital Account Manager:
- Good use of Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in using Google Analytics
- WordPress experience is preferable
- An understanding of Google Adwords is preferable
