Description

The Internal Communications Business Partner will improve communications and engagement by acting as a partner to the sales and operational teams on the internal communication issues relevant to the delivery of their strategic plans and tactical projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Lead the creation, development and implementation of the division's communications strategy.

Act as a trusted adviser to the UK CEO and sales and operations leadership teams providing expert advice on communications messages, opportunities and content.

Take responsibility for ensuring senior UK Executive's key messages are elicited and communicated in an appropriate and timely manner.

Take responsibility for developing and delivering agreed programmes and initiatives by developing and delivering communications plans and materials.

Actively communicate the UK success stories to drive engagement and encourage greater employee participation.

Manage national internal events from inception to delivery ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and effectively measured to ensure continuous improvement.

Support UK sales and operations in the development and implementation of effective internal communication plans which clearly and effectively communicate messages and engage a complex set of audiences.

Actively promote the use of the intranet as a key communication channel ensuring and support the development of a new version of the site.

Work with Groupwide internal communicators, sharing best practice and taking the lead in embedding initiatives in the UK business.

Proactively measure and report on the effectiveness of Internal Communications to drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure a high quality service is delivered in line with needs.

Maintain an internal communications calendar by working with given functions to identify key dates and milestones for internal projects, events and other communications.

Profile

The successful candidate for the role of Internal Communications Business Partner will :

- Have a proven track record in internal communications business partnering

- Be a strong strategic thinker who is able to operate at all levels of the organisation.

- Possess tact and sensitivity when working with confidential data and information
- Have experience of website and social media .
