Customer Coordinator
Description
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Providing a high quality after sales service for tenants
* Maintenance requests and arranging for the correct personnel to rectify any issues
* Liaising with engineers on a day to day basis
* Ensuring all queries post-exchange are dealt with efficiently whilst maintaining the highest customer experience
* Generating professional correspondence
Profile:
The successful Customer Coordinator will have a proven track record in the construction or building industry, ideally in house building.
Job Offer:
A competitive salary of up to GBP28,000 is on offer to the successful candidate, ideally with a background in building and construction customer care
