This position is working for Tech-People in their Contract Division. Tech-people is a specialist provider of Contract and Permanent staff to Mechanical and Electrical Sector. We have provided staff for many high profile contracts including the building of the Olympic Village. In our drive to continue growing we are now looking for an additional person.
In this role you will be expected to help grow our client list both through developing existing clients and new business. You will have someone working with you to help supply you with leads but you will be expected to generate your own leads and make your own appointments, between 5 and 10 a week. You will be expected to get in front of people who have contracts where they require a short-term work force, normally project based.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the tenacity and drive to generate client visits but once you are in front of a customer you will need the full range of consultative sales skills.
We are keen to employ ambitious individuals, as we would really like to someone who has the potential to manage a team of people
