Our client is a well established Legal company which prides itself in providing a high quality legal service to the local Manchester Community
They are seeking an experienced Immigration Solicitor to manage a busy caseload providing accurate and practical advice to clients on all aspects of the UK immigration and nationality law, drafting certificates of sponsorship, entry clearance applications and further leave to remain applications
- The successful Immigration Solicitor will be able to demonstrate a broad range of previous high quality immigration experience and able to evidence a commitment to the success of the firm
- You will have a minimum of 12 months post qualification experience and be capable of running a varied caseload of immigration matters and you will have strong inter-personal and communication skills
- You will regularly liaise with UKBA over the telephone and keep clients informed of the progress of their applications as well as keeping up to date on changes to policies and procedures
